The Lyceum offers tutoring and enrichment both during the day and after school.
We create an environment to promote reinforcement of classroom learning, building executive functioning skills, and SAT/ ACT Prep.

The Lyceum offers academic assistance and guidance to students of all ages and proficiency levels.
Our center provides a nurturing environment where students can receive individualized attention from experienced tutors who are proficient in their respective subjects.
Whether students require help with homework, test preparation, or mastering challenging concepts, our tutoring center offers comprehensive support to foster academic success.
Through interactive lessons, targeted exercises, and ongoing feedback, we strive to empower students to reach their full academic potentials.
School Year Tutoring Services
- Individual 45-minute sessions are offered during study halls or after school for P-G students at $75/session.
- One hour Orton-Gilligham reading sessions are billed at $100/session.
- Executive Functioning tutoring is billed at $125/session for 45 minutes.

- Math (1st Grade-Calculus AP/BC)

Exam Preparation
The Lyceum offers extended operational hours during the two weeks prior to and including exam week, particularly on the two weekends preceding the exams
- Our individualized exam preparation sessions are priced at $75.00.
- Alternatively, for those preferring group sessions, we offer competitive rates: $45.00 per student for pairs and $30.00 per student for groups of three.
Enrichment Classes
We offer enrichment tutoring after school in math, writing, and languages, including Spanish, Chinese, Latin and French.
Summer Tutoring
We are open throughout the summer for summer packet work, enrichment, test prep, and reinforcement of skills.
Tutors and teachers will be available to work on math, reading (including Orton-Gillingham), writing, history, science, French, Spanish, Latin, and Chinese, in all levels ranging from 1st grade to AP.
Summer hours will be from 9:00-2:00, Monday through Thursday.
Billing
Sessions for Porter-Gaud students are billed to their Smart Tuition accounts on a monthly basis.
Students who do not attend Porter-Gaud will be billed through CampBrain.
