Cyclone Club 2024-25

The goal of the Porter-Gaud Cyclone Club is to assist parents by providing after-school supervision for their middle schooler in a secure, fun, and relaxed setting. Students are encouraged to complete homework, make new friends, respect others, strengthen communication skills and try something new.

Cyclone Club Information and Application

Enrollment

The Cyclone Club program is available to Porter-Gaud Middle School students.

Drop-ins, practice passes, and monthly plans are available.

Hours

3:15 to 5:40 p.m. daily when school is in session.

2024-2025 Program Options / Rates
  • Monthly Pass: $200.00 monthly
  • Practice Pass: $100.00 monthly (for students who need coverage before/after their school sport)
  • Drop-In Rate: $25 per day
Late Pick-Up Fees
Extended Day and Cyclone Club ends at 5:40 pm.
The late pick-up fee is $3.00 per minute, beginning at 5:45 pm. The fee will only be administered after the first verbal warning to parents or guardians. Parents will be billed.

Additional Information

The Cyclone Club program will operate Monday through Friday beginning the first day of school and will continue through the last full day of school.

There will be no Cyclone Club provided when school dismisses early or during school holidays.

Cyclone Club uses the "Remind" app for pickup. Please download the app "Remind" available on the App Store and Google Play. It is a blue icon with a white "R".

Once downloaded, please text @pgextday to 81010, and you'll be added to the Extended Day 2023/2024 Group on Remind. From there, simply message us when you arrive to pick up your child and we'll send them out for you.

*The Auxiliary Director reserves the right to refuse Cyclone Club service to any student who is not willing to cooperate fully with the director, staff, and other participants in the program.
