Extended Day Information and Application

Drop-Ins, 3 day, and 5 day plans are available.
Please complete the form below and update your child's School Pass for “Extended Day”. There is a $5 charge for students picked up after carpool between 3:10pm-3:30pm. After 3:30pm students are charged the full drop-in price.

Monthly Plans:
- 5 days a week: Monday - Friday - $300.00 monthly
- 3 days a week: Must specify which days - $225.00 monthly
Drop-in Rates:
- $25 daily, update SchoolPass to reflect "Extended Day"

| Late Pick-Up Fees |
Extended Day ends at 5:40 pm. The late pick-up fee is $3.00 per minute, beginning at 5:45 pm.
The fee will only be administered after the first verbal warning to parents or guardians. Parents will be billed. |
Additional Information
The Extended Day program will operate Monday through Friday beginning the first day of school and will continue through the last full day of school.
There will be no Extended Day provided when school dismisses early or during school holidays.
Extended Day uses the "Remind" app for pickup, please add the app to your phone.
Please download the app "Remind" available on the App Store and Google Play, it's a blue icon with a white "R".
Once downloaded, please text @pgextday to 81010, and you'll be added to the Extended Day 2024/2025 Group on Remind. From there, simply message us when you arrive to pick up your child and we'll send them out for you.

To "drop-in" simply add your student on SchoolPass for the day you need coverage.
